Johnathan is an experienced senior manager having started his career in some of the country’s most reputable companies such as Direct Line Insurance and British Gas – he prides himself on delivering a world class customer experience while also managing client and stakeholder relationships.  

With over a decade’s experience in property management sales and customer service, Johnathan is very knowledgeable in change management and strategic business planning, contractual KPIs and customer service delivery.

Johnathan heads up the BTR and PRS Customer Service department, working across clients, regularly reviewing and ensuring the resident’s journey is smooth and memorable, for all the right reasons.

In Johnathan’s spare time he enjoys gardening and travel.
