We built our business in the teeth of the recession managing large portfolios for banks, receivers and developers. From the outset we recognised that fully holistic management was the best solution where lettings, property and specialist block management are all managed under the same roof so quite simply this is what we delivered.
In the past six years we have acted for blue chip clients and built a portfolio of 11,000 units nationwide with hands-on management delivered by a passionate team who cover every part of the residential property spectrum. This substantial experience of holistic property management paved the way for the development of our BTR capability, which defines our business today.
We’re proud to say that LIV is now working with institutional investors and outstanding developers on some of the UK’s most exciting BTR schemes.
