You will find details relating to your specific development within your leaseholder Welcome Pack. This includes general information about your development including essential information about services such as rubbish/recycling, concierge, parking, window cleaning, aerials/dishes, Wi-Fi and security for example.
Your Property Manager will carry out regular site visits to inspect the development and ensure that we are delivering a high level of service to you. The dates of these visits are available on the LIV Leaseholder Portal. Our Property Managers will happily meet with you to discuss issues relating to your development.
You can report maintenance issues via the Leaseholder Portal. If you would prefer to speak to someone in person please call your designated Property Manager or Property Coordinator, you can find their details at the front of your Welcome Pack. The LIV offices are open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. We will ensure that any necessary repairs are carried out in a timely and effective manner.
Leaseholder Portal Access
Our Leaseholder Portal enables 24/7 access to your account and has been developed to facilitate online payments. It allows you to report maintenance issues and to keep up to date with what is happening in your development.
